菜心炒肉片
先熱鑊,加油,加蒜,炒肉片至轉色拿起備用
炒菜心,加少許鹽少許糖少許米酒
稍為炒一炒之後,在鑊邊加入少許水
菜煮至九成熟,倒肉片以猛火快炒,至全熟
